My ipod touch is a 8g with iphone 3g update and my audiobook (paranoia by joseph finder) won't play on my ipod. it works fine on the computer.

I've been all over the internet looking for ebooks of books that I want to read but can't find them..
I have found the audiobooks but was wondering if it would be just as good as if I was reading them from the book..

Sorry if this seems a stupid question

I have an audio book that I didn't buy off of iTunes so it's mixed into all my music. When I shuffle all my music almost every other track played is a part of my audio book (because there are so many files). I could make a playlist for just the audiobook but it'll still be included in all my music. Any suggestions other than making another playlist with all my music minus the audio book (that would be annoying because I'd have to add each new song I get to that playlist)?

Itunes has it but I hear its not the full book. Some people say I should just buy it in parts. But is the unabridged the full book? D8

I purchased an audio book from Audible.com and downloaded it to Itunes. When I go to sync my Ipod however, the audio book is not included in the sync. How do I get it on my Ipod? I have tried dragging it to my Ipod, but it won't let me.
Edit: It is an Ipod Touch 3rd generation 16GB

I have to read the book for my Art History class, but I think it would understand the book more, and get the reading done faster with an audiobook. I checked Amazon, and a few audiobook websites.

Ok so I uploaded a audio book to my ipod and it showed up as music but I found out how to change it from music to audio book in the "Get Info" but now it wont show up as one book, it shows up as chapters and they don't connect to each other and by that I mean if I listen to chapter 1 and after it ends it goes back to the beginning not on to chapter 2. How do I change that so it goes on to the next chapter like a regular cd would go on to the next song and show up as one album not separate chapters?

Ive tried everything. I number the chapters in the ___ of ____ section and the ___ of ___ discs and its still not working. I don't know what else to do.

Can you just give me a review of audiobooks and what it's like please?

I see that it can retain MP3 format for audio in general. Does this mean I could download an audio book to my computer and then to the eReader as one would for an MP3 Player and iPod?
If so, does that mean I can directly purchase or download an Audio Book on the eReader?
