I downlod i tunes for my sansa mp3 player so i could buy audio books to sync to it..im having problems?

there is no option to sync my purchase to my mp3 player. Is there another way to synce my audio book to my music player, i tried Windows media player but thats not working…

    i tunes is only for the apple ipod it doesnt work with any other mp3 or mp4 players
